摘要
研究以中国大陆和台湾八所高校的运动休闲专业师资队伍为研究对象,通过对每所高校运动休闲专业师资状况进行分析,从师资规模、职称结构、学位水平、师资国际学缘、外聘比例、硕/博导师人数、专业学缘七个维度探究中国大陆与台湾运动休闲专业师资特征。在此基础上,构建八所学校的运动休闲专业师资模式,阐述其师资队伍的特征和建设路径,探索最符合我国国情和需求的模式,为建设优秀的运动休闲专业师资队伍和提升运动休闲专业质量提供参考和依据。
Based on the analysis of the status of the teachers of sports and recreation in each university,the author analyzed the situation of the teachers of sports and recreation from eight universities in China's Mainland and Taiwan,and analyzed the teacher training scale,title structure,degree level,Proportion,Number of Masters/Ph Ds,and Professional Academic Grades to Explore the Characteristics of Sports and Leisure Teachers in China's Mainland and Taiwan. The paper explains the characteristics of the teaching staff and construction paths. To explore the model conforms to the national conditions and requirements,and to the construction of a good professional teachers and promote sport leisure professional quality to provide the reference and basis.
