摘要
目的:通过对2型老年男性糖尿病患者进行长时间不同方式的运动干预,比较不同运动方式对2型老年男性糖尿病患者血糖、血脂等指标的影响,以期为2型老年男性糖尿病患者运动处方的制定提供参考;方法:根据实验要求共招募54名受试者,平均分成三组,分别为对照组、有氧运动组、抗阻训练组;对照组不进行任何形式的运动,有氧运动组和抗阻训练组按照各自制定的运动方案运动18周;三组在饮食安排等方面保持基本一致;分别在运动开始前一天及结束后的第一天对三组受试者进行血糖、糖化血红蛋白及血脂四项指标检测,检测状态为晨起空腹;结果:有氧运动组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白与实验前相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05);抗阻练习组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白与实验前相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05),对照组实验前后各指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05);结论与建议:18周的有氧运动和抗阻训练均能有效的改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂水平,对改善患者的生命质量有着重要的作用;相比单纯的有氧运动,抗阻练习的治疗效果具有一定的优势,因此建议在确保安全的前提下糖尿病患者运动计划的制定应适当地融入一部分抗阻训练。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different exercise modes on the blood glucose and blood lipids in elderly male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of different exercise modalities on the exercise prescription in elderly male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The exercise group was divided into control group,aerobic exercise group and anti-resistance training group. The exercise group was given 18 weeks of exercise,the day before the beginning of exercise and the first day after the exercise the levels of blood glucose,blood lipids,and cholesterol,HDL,LDL and Hb A1 c were measured in all the subjects. Results: The levels of blood glucose,Hb A1 c,Cholesterol and LDL in the aerobic exercise group were significantly higher than those before the experiment( P〈 0. 05). The blood glucose,Hb A1 c,Cholesterol,HDL and LDL in the resistance training group were significantly different from those before the experiment( P〈0. 05). In the control group,there were significant differences( P〉0. 05). Conclusion: Aerobic exercise and resistance training can improve the blood glucose and lipid levels of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,and the effect of resistance training is better than that of simple Of aerobic exercise,so to ensure the safety of diabetic patients under the premise of the exercise plan should be incorporated into the appropriate part of resistance training.
