摘要
个性化教育是为每一个学生提供最适合的教育,坚持以学生为主体,是创新型人才培养模式改革的制度诉求。欧美国家的个性化教育实践注重对学生主体性、多样性、民主性和创造性的尊重,旨在实现学生个性的自由、充分、和谐发展。本文在介绍美国、加拿大、芬兰等国家个性化教育理论和实践经验的基础上,从个性化教学、校本课程体系、学生多元评价、个别化指导等方面进行个性化教育实践的探索。
Personalized education provides right education to students and insists on student-oriented philosophy. It is a system reflects the claim of innovative education. With the intention to realize individual's well-rounded development, personalized education in Europe and America pays attention to students’ subjectivity, diversity, democracy and creativity. Based on the practices of the U. S. A, Canada and Finland, this paper attempts to explore personalized education practices from aspects of personalized teaching, school-based curriculum system, students ’ pluralistic assessment and personalized guidance.
