中频电刺激治疗脑卒中后功能性便秘的疗效

Effect of medium frequency electrotherapy on functional constipation after cerebral stroke

目的探讨中频电刺激治疗脑卒中后功能性便秘的疗效。方法选择上海静安老年医院2014年12月至2015年12月收治的120例脑卒中后功能性便秘患者,随机分为试验组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组患者均给予高纤维食物摄入,常规康复训练项目,试验组在此基础上予以中频电治疗仪康复理疗。治疗前后分别进行便秘临床评分量表(CCS)评分,并采用Barthel指数(BI)评分评价日常生活活动能力。结果两组患者治疗前的CCS评分、BI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后CCS评分、BI评分与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在指导高纤维食物摄入,常规康复训练基础上使用电脑中频治疗仪能显著改善患者便秘症状和日常生活活动能力。

Objective To study the effects of medium frequency electrotherapy on functional constipation after cerebral stroke. Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with functional constipation after stroke admitted to Shanghai Jingan Geriatrics Hospital from De-cember 2014 to December 2015were selected and randomly divided into experimental group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）. Pa-tients were given high fiber food intake and routine rehabilitation training program in the control group ; on the basis of conventional therapy, the experimental group patients received the medium frequency electrotherapy instrument rehabilitation therapy. Then the the clinical score scale （CCS） and the activity of daily living （ Barthel index） were evaluatedbefore and after treatment. Results After treatment, the CCS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , while the Barthel index score was significantly improved （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. Con-clusion There was no statisticalsignificance in CCS score, BI index of two groups of patients before treatment. The constipation and the abil-ity of daily living after treatment were improved than before, and the scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The scores of the experimental group were also better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）.
