中医外治法综合治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期疗效观察

Clinical observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine external therapy on the treatment of lactation acute mastitis

目的观察中医外治法综合治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期的临床效果。方法将70例哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各35例。治疗组采用中药外敷、抓揉排乳、穴位按摩综合治疗,对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿热敷治疗。比较2组治疗前后乳房红肿面积、疼痛程度及乳汁分泌变化情况,统计2组临床疗效及治愈疗程。结果治疗组总有效率100%,对照组85.71%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后乳房红肿面积、疼痛程度及乳汁分泌情况均较本组治疗前明显改善,且治疗组改善优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治愈疗程比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组短于对照组。结论中医外治法综合治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期具有简、便、廉的优点,并可避免内服药物对哺乳的影响,有利于产妇的康复及婴儿的健康,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） external therapy on the treatment of lactation acute mastitis. Methods 70 lactating patients with acute mastitis were randomly divided into treatment and control group,35 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by external application of Chinese medicine,rubbing breasts and acupoint massage. The control group was treated by hydropathic and hot compress of 50% magnesium. The redness and swollen area,pain degree of breast and the lactescence before and after treatment were compared in two groups,and the curative effects and treatment course were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（100%） was superior to that in control group（85. 71%,P〈0. 05）. The redness and swollen area,pain degree of breast and the lactescence after treatment were improved in two groups,and the improvement in treatment group was better than control group,with statistical differences（P〈0. 05）. The treatment course in treatment group was shorter than control group,with statistical differences（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion TCM external therapy has advantage including simple operation and inexpensive on the treatment of lactation acute mastitis,can avoid the interaction between oral medicine and lactation.
