结石术后1号方联合经尿道输尿管镜取石术治疗输尿管结石临床研究

Clinical observation of No.1 Prescription for postoperation combined with transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy on ureteral calculus

目的观察结石术后1号方联合经尿道输尿管镜取石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法将150例输尿管结石患者随机分为3组,3组患者均行经尿道输尿管镜取石术治疗。治疗组50例于术后第1 d予结石术后1号方,对照1组50例予盐酸黄酮哌酯片治疗,对照2组50例未予中西药物治疗。3组均连续治疗2周。应用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估3组患者治疗前后尿道疼痛程度;观察3组患者治疗后尿频、尿急等尿道刺激症状持续时间及尿常规中红细胞持续时间;复查B超及CT,评估残余结石排净率。结果 3组治疗后VAS评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低最明显(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后尿频、尿急等尿道刺激症状持续时间及尿常规中红细胞持续时间均较对照组1、2组缩短(P<0.05)。治疗组残余结石排净率98.0%,对照1组90.0%,对照2组88.0%,治疗组残余结石排净率高于对照1、2组(P<0.05)。结论结石术后1号方能明显改善经尿道输尿管镜取石术患者的术后症状,排净残余结石。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of No. 1 Prescription for postoperation combined with transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy on ureteral calculus. Methods 150 patients with ureteral calculus were randomly divided into three groups,all patients received transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy. The treatment group 1（n= 50） was treated by No. 1 Prescription for postoperation at the first day after operation,and the control group（n =50） was treated by flavoxate hydrochloride tablets,the control group 2 was untread,continuously treatment for 2weeks. The pain degree of urethra before and after treatment was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） in three groups. The duration of urethral stimulant symptoms including frequent micturition and urgent urination,and the duration of red blood cells in urine before and after treatment were observed. The stone-free rate was evaluated by CT and B-ultrasound reexacmination. Results The VAS after treatment was decreased in three groups（P〈0. 05）,and the decrease in treatment group was most obvious（P〈0. 05）. The durations of urethral stimulant symptoms and red blood cells in urine after treatment in treatment group were shorter than those in control group 1 and 2（P〈0.05）. The stone-free rate in treatment,control group 1 and 2 was 98. 0%,90. 0% and 88. 0%,respectively. The stone-free rate in treatment group was higher than control group 1 and 2（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion No. 1 Prescription for postoperation can effectively improve the symptoms after transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy,clearing the residual stone.
