摘要 目的探索高分子化学实验的绿色化开设途径。方法融合绿色化学理念,设计商用蓝光LED诱导的可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)聚合的综合性高分子化学实验教学项目。结果在可见光照射下,仅有三硫代碳酸酯存在时,活性可控聚合制备出聚2-乙烯基吡啶。结论实验方法具有绿色、环境友好、反应条件温和、实验现象明显、实验操作简单易行等优点。 Purposes—To design the polymer chemistry experiment in line with green chemistry.Methods—Based on green chemistry concept,a comprehensive polymer chemistry experiment was designed that reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)polymerization is induced by commercial blue light-emitting diodes(LEDs).Results—The controlled radical polymerization of 2-vinylpyridine was successfully carried out by using commercial blue LEDs as visible light in the presence of S-1-dodecyl-S'-(α,α'-dimethyl-α"-acetic acid)trithiocarbonate.Conclusion—It is found herein that the RAFT polymerization boasts greenness,friendly environment,moderate reaction condition and obvious phenomena except that the experiment could be performed in an easier way.
