福建水产加工业集群竞争力实证研究——以平潭为例

Empirical Study of the Cluster Competency of Fujian Aquatic Industry——Based on the GEM Model in Pingtan

建立GEM模型,对平潭水产加工业产业集群竞争力进行实证分析。平潭水产品加工业在开放的外部环境下快速发展,但在资金融通、产业结构、技术水平和人才储备等方面凸显不足。针对这些问题,课题组提出了发挥区位优势、实施产业驱动战略、引进高技术人才等对策建议。

The GEM model is constructed to make empirical study of the industry cluster competitiveness of Pingtan aquatic pro-cessing industry. Pingtan aquatic products processing industry is in the favorable external environment for the rapid development. At the same time, some problems exist in the financing, industrial structure and technical level and personnel and equipment technology, etc. In view of these problems, the research group proposed the use of advantages to meet the challenges, the imple-mentation of industrial driving strategy, the introduction of high-tech personnel and other countermeasures.
