摘要
目的观察Cyclin D1及CDK4蛋白在软骨肉瘤中的阳性表达状态,探讨Cyclin D1及CDK4蛋白在软骨肉瘤发生发展中的机制。方法以SP法检测肿瘤组织中Cyclin D1及CDK4蛋白表达的情况。结果软骨肉瘤组织中Cyclin D1、CDK4同时高表达,两者呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 Cyclin D1及CDK4蛋白均呈高表达,在软骨肉瘤的发生发展中起互相协同,使肿瘤细胞的生长优势增强,对肿瘤的发生发展中发挥重要作用。
Objective To observe the expression of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 proteins in chondrosarcoma,and to explore their action mechanism in pathogebesis and development of chondrosarcoma.Methods The expression levels of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry(SP).Results The high-expression of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 was found in chondrosarcoma tissues,moreover,the expression levels of Cyclin D1 were positively correlated to those of CDK4(P〈0.05).Conclusion The high-expressin of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 exists in chondrosarcoma tissues,which plays an important role in pathogenesis and development of chondrosarcoma.
