在"大众创业,万众创新"的时代背景下,各类众创空间快速发展,及时把握与评估科技创意方案水平已成为一项重要工作。在分析科技创意方案影响因素的基础上,从创新性、价值性、可行性3个维度设计了科技创意方案评估指标体系,构建了基于规则的科技创意方案评估模型,并进行了实证研究。最后,提出了相关优化策略。

Under the background of ＂public entrepreneurship, innova tion＂ , with the rapid development of various crowd in-novation spaces, it has become a very important work to grasp and evaluate the level of science and technology creation project timely. The paper is based on analyzing the influencing factors of science and technology creation project, the eval-uation index system is designed based on the three dimensions-innovation, value and feasibility, and the evaluation model of science and technology creation project based on the rule is constructed. And then taking empirical research, correlative Strategies are given. The research aims at providing a set of advanced and applicable evaluation system of science and tech-nology creation project and decision reference for crowd innovation space and so on.
