摘要
为提高配电网自动化水平,增强配电网建设过程中的扩建、改建的灵活性、可扩展性、易维护性,介绍了一种基于IEC 61850建模思想,进行模块化设计的配电网终端设计方案。测试结果表明,遵循所提设计方案的配电网终端大大减少了现场改扩建时的调试及维护工作量,增强了配电网运行的可靠性。
In order to improve the level of distribution automation（FA）,enhance the flexibility,expansibility and easy maintenance of renovation and expansion in the process of distribution network construction,this paper introduced a kind of power distribution terminal design scheme,which is based on IEC 61850 modeling,to do modular design.The test results show that the distribution network terminal which follows the design scheme greatly reduces the debugging and maintenance workload,and enhances the stability and reliability of the distribution network operation.
