施工项目成本预算管理的探索

Exploration of Construction Project Cost Budget Management

随着我国经济的进步,建筑行业的发展也越来越迅速,与此同时,建筑施工企业所面临的竞争压力也越来越大,为了在市场竞争中占据优势地位,加强成本预算管理是最为直接的手段,能够在很大程度上优化企业的成本结构,以实现扩大经济效益的目的。价值工程的应用对施工项目成本预算管理起到了积极的促进作用。本文以某电厂工程项目为例,从价值工程的概念出发,探讨了价值工程在施工项目成本预算管理中的实际应用。

With China’s economic progress, the development of the construction industry is also growing rapidly, and at the same time,the competitive pressure the construction enterprises are facing is also growing. In order to occupy the dominant position in the market competition, to strengthen the cost budget management is the most direct means which can optimize the cost structure of enterprises to a great extent so as to achieve the purpose of expanding economic efficiency. The application of value engineering has played a positive role in promoting the cost budget management of construction projects. Based on a case of power plant project and the concept of value engineering, this paper discusses the practical application of value engineering in construction project cost budget management.
