铁路是国民经济大动脉和关键基础设施,加快推进铁路建设,既利当前,又利长远,对稳增长、调结构、惠民生具有重要意义。本文主要针对本人参建的MHTJ-(蒙华铁路)17标段铁路建设中2号钢筋加工场的建设要点进行了全面的分析,目的是为加工高质量、标准化的钢筋,确保钢筋加工生产质量,从而做好铁路工程质量提供借鉴,为提升施工生产标准化起到积极作用。希望通过本文的写作,对我国的铁路建设的完善起到积极的借鉴作用。

The railway is the main artery of the national economy and the key infrastructure, and to accelerate the construction of the railway will obtain both current and long-term benefits, and has a great significance to get a steady growth, take the structural adjustment,and improve people’s livelihood. This paper mainly aims at No.2 steel processing plant in the MHTJ-17 section railway construction the author participated, and analyzes the construction points. The purpose is to process high quality steel with standardization, and to ensure the quality of steel processing, in order to provide reference to the railway engineering quality, and enhance the positive role for the production standard. It hopes that through this paper, it will play a positive role in improving the railway construction in China.
