区域性时令农产品产销价联动预警系统的构建

The Structure Design of Forewarning System Based on the Regional Seasonal Agricultural Products Production and Sales Price Linkage

文章主要论述如何利用信息技术手段,改善或解决市场经济环境下,农产品价格特别是区域性时令农产品价格超常不稳定的问题,着重探讨区域性时令农产品产销价联动预警系统的构建途径和方法。以期在建立产销价联动预警系统的基础上,使得"庄稼人"利用互联网,不再在农产品生产过程中成为"撞家",使得农产品生产者在服务、满足社会需求的同时获取稳定的经济收入,有利于避免由于经济市场化原因或系统性风险导致的"伤农"事件。

This paper mainly discusses how to improve or solve the problems of the extraordinarily instable prices of agricultural products-especially the regionally and seasonally agricultural products-using information technologies in the market economy condition. It also focuses on discussing the approaches and methods to establish the forewarning system associated with production, marketing and price for regionally and seasonally agricultural products. It is expected that the farmers could be able to take full use of Internet on the basis of the establishment of the forewarning system, and could be no longer the ＂pot-luck person＂ in the produce process of the agricultural products. The purpose to do this is to make sure that the farmers will get the stable incomes while serving and satisfying the society, and this also helps to avoid ＂hurt farmers＂ events caused by the commercialization of economy or systemic risk.
