本文结合贵州省农村土地承包经营权确权生产建库工作的难点,基于ArcGIS Engine设计了一套确权数据生产建库软件的解决方案,阐述了内外业工作流程和系统的技术设计,并介绍了系统主要功能以及实际应用情况。

In this paper, combined with the difficulties of production database for the rural land contract management rights approval and registration in Guizhou province, and based on ArcGIS Engine, design a set of solutions for production database software of the rights approval data, expound the design process inside and outside the industry and the system’s technical design, and introduce the main function and practical application.
