泰安煤矿隐蔽致灾因素研究

Study on Hidden Disaster-causing Factors in Taian Coal Mine

以师宗县泰安煤矿为工程背景,通过利用物探和现场踏勘等手段对影响煤矿安全生产的各种隐蔽致灾因素的类型、分布形态和危害程度进行了探查。经分析研究表明泰安煤矿隐蔽致灾因素主要包括水害、瓦斯、火灾、动力致灾因素等四个方面,同时根据分析得出的泰安煤矿隐蔽致灾因素评价结果和煤矿现存在的问题,结合我国煤炭行业的有关政策法规要求,从技术、管理和监管等方面有针对性的提出了各类致灾因素的防范对策及建议。

Taking Taian coal mine as the engineering background, geophysical exploration and field reconnaissance was integratedly used to study the distribution, pattern and degree of various types of hidden hazard causal factors influencing mine safety production. After comprehensive analysis and system exploration, Taian coal mine hidden causal factors including water, gas, fire and dynamic disaster were identified basically. According to the analysis results of hidden causal factors and existing problems in Taian coal mine, combined with the relevant regulatory requirements of China’s coal industry, various types of causal factors countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from technical, managerial and regulatory aspects.
