摘要
随着我国经济社会的快速转型,中小企业发展迅速,对会计从业者需求猛增,对从业者的综合职业能力要求更高,行动导向的教学使学生更能明确会计工作中的典型工作任务,实训目的更加明确,在完成任务过程中,培养了学生自主学习和团队合作的意识和能力。
With the rapid transformation of China’s economy and society, small and medium-sized enterprises have obtained rapid development, leading to increasing demand for accounting practitioners as well as higher requirements on the comprehensive professional capacity of the practitioners. By action-oriented teaching, students can be more clear about the typical task in accounting work, and the training objective is more clear. In the process of completing the task, students’ awareness and ability of self-learning and teamwork can be cultivated.
