高职院校创新创业教育人才培养体系优化研究

Research on the Optimization of Talents Cultivation System of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

创新创业教育是深化高等教育教学改革、促进高校毕业生充分就业的重要途径。对于偏重培养高等技术应用型人才的高职院校而言,创新创业教育更应是教学改革的重中之重。本文通过网络问卷调查的方式,获取了多个地区11所院校498名学生的感知数据,据此,对高职院校创新创业教育的现状与问题进行了分析,并从教学体系、内部保障体系、外部支持体系三个方面,对高职院校创新创业教育人才培养体系的优化给出了系统的措施与建议。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way to deepen the reform in education of higher education, and it’s also an effective measure to improve the graduates’ employment rate. Innovation and entrepreneurship education should be the most significant part in educational reform of higher vocational colleges, which focus on training high technology applied talents. By using network questionnaire, the author collected perception data form 498 students, which comes form 11 colleges around several areas. On the basis of data, this paper analyzed the present situation and problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, and proposed systematized measures and suggestions on improving the talent-training system from three aspects which includes teaching system,interior assurance system and external supporting system.
