浅谈高校学生社区建设管理

On College Students Community Construction Management

随着时代的发展,教育体制的深化改革,高校学生对于学生宿舍的要求不再仅仅是可以满足学生的住宿要求,而更加要求体现学生的个性化发展,发挥他们的主人翁精神。为此提高学生社区管理队伍的素质,强化社区职能建设,努力实现学生"自我管理、自我服务"就成为了高校学生社区建设的目标。

With the development of the times and the deepening reform of the education system, college students’ requirements for dormitories are no longer just to meet their accommodation requirements, but also to reflect their individual development and to play their masters role. Therefore to improve the quality of student community management team, strengthen the construction of community functions,and strive to achieve the students ＂self-management, self-service＂ has become the goal of college students community construction.
