独立学院法学应用型课程教学模式改革探索——以《企业与公司法》教学为例

Exploration on the Reform of the Teaching Mode of Applied Courses of Law Major in Independent Colleges:Taking the Teaching of "Enterprise and Company Law" as an Example

随着独立学院应用型人才培养目标的确立,传统的教学模式必须进行改革。《企业与公司法》这门课程本身的应用性较强,能够体现法学专业应用型课程的特点。因此,本文以《企业与公司法》的本科教学为例,对独立学院法学专业应用型课程的教学新模式进行探索。本章首先分析了《企业与公司法》教学模式改革对于独立学院应用型人才培养的必要性,接着介绍了课程教学模式改革的具体措施,最后提出了教学模式改革所需要的条件。

With the goal of cultivating applied talents in independent colleges, the traditional teaching mode must be reformed. The ＂enterprise and company law＂ course with strong applicability can reflect the characteristics of applied courses of law major. Therefore, this article takes the undergraduate course teaching of ＂enterprise and company law＂ as an example to explore the new teaching mode of applied courses of law major in independent colleges. This paper first analyzes the necessity of the reform of teaching mode of ＂enterprise and company law＂ for cultivation of applied talents in independent colleges, and then introduces the concrete measures of the reform of teaching mode, and finally puts forward the conditions for the reform of teaching model.
