河北省京津人才引进机制研究——以3D打印为例

Study on the Mechanism of Talent Introduction from Beijing and Tianjin to Hebei Province:A Case Study of 3D Printing

京津冀协同发展背景下,引进京津高端人才是河北省加速发展的一个重要途径。通过大量调研,以3D打印技术为例,系统研究了河北省高端人才引进的不足之处,从三地统一协调发展理念到河北省自身政策、企业、高校等多方面入手,提出了高端人才引进的机制。

Under the background of collaborative development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the introduction of high-end talent of Beijing and Tianjin is an important way to accelerate the development of Hebei Province. Through a lot of research, taking 3D printing technology as an example, this paper systematically studies the shortage of the introduction of high-end talent in Hebei Province, and puts forward the introduction mechanism of high-end talent from the concept of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, Hebei Province’s policies, enterprises, colleges and universities and other aspects.
