摘要
电子制造业人因失误现象频发,制约着其发展。因此,本研究从工作特征视角出发,通过对513份调研问卷的实证分析,探求工作特征对人因失误的影响机制展开探索。结果显示:1工作特征(工作完整性、工作自主性、工作反馈性三个维度)对人因失误有负向影响作用;2工作倦怠可以较好地揭示其内在作用关系。
Because of the frequent occurrence of human errors in electronic manufacturing, the development is restricted. Therefore,this research works from the perspective of characteristics, through the analysis of 513 questionnaires of empirical research to explore the impact mechanism of Human error. Results shows that: 1job characteristics, including job integrity, job autonomy, job feedback, the three dimensions have a negative impact on human error; 2job burnout can well reveal the intrinsic relationship.
