基于利益链合作模式的抗生素耐药性控制模型

摘要 综合分析病菌抗药性产生背景及原因,分析其根本原因在于抗生素的便利性及各成员之间的利益链,根据抗生素市场的供求关系,建立抗生素利益链。分析各成员之间的利益、敏感性及利益链成员的合作情况,根据不同合作方式得出最佳合作模式有效减少抗生素的市场投放量并增加总体利益。提出政府宏观调控市场价格及控制抗生素药品的市场投放量,并结合利益链合作模式等有效措施限制抗生素滥用并有效控制抗生素耐药性危机。 This paper analyzed the background and reasons of the generation of antibiotic resistance, the primary reason lied in the antibiotic convenience and the interest chain among the members. The paper established the antibiotic interest chain according to the relationship between supply and demand of antibiotics market, also analyzed the interests and its sensitivities, cooperation situations among interest chain members, achieved the best cooperation model according to different ways of cooperation, which result in reduction in market put amount and increase overall interests. It proposed the government macro-control of market price, the antibiotic drugs market and its put amount, combined with the effective mode of cooperation in the interest chain to limit the abuse of antibiotics and control the antibiotic resistance crisis effectively.
