摘要
悬辊工艺生产混凝土圆管涵具有成型速度快、成品合格率高、安全环保等优点,结合干硬性混凝土的水胶比小、水泥用量少、强度高等特点,能有效提高生产效率和节约成本。文章以滁定高速公路预制标为例,对干硬性混凝土在悬辊工艺上的应用进行研究。
Roller suspension process for the production of concrete pipe culvert has fast forming speed, high qualified rate, safety,environmental protection and other advantages. Combined with dry concrete water cement ratio, cement consumption, high strength characteristics, it can effectively improve the production efficiency and save the cost. In this paper, the application of dry-hard concrete in the suspension roller process is studied with the example of prefabrication standard of Chu-Ding expressway.
