核电厂DVN系统检修窗口优化

摘要 核电厂DVN通风系统为核岛的通风,在运行技术规范上有不允许超过一小时时限的系统停运的规范要求。为双机组IO。但是DVN系统的风道、设备的维修又确实可能会超出"DVN风机全停不得超过1小时"的技术规范限制要求。为此,本文通过对DVN045VAI的检修说明,讲叙了电厂专业处拟定了的三种维修方案,现场并以最优的方案解决了全停限制的问题,实现了最大限度减少DVN全停的时间,并完成维修作业,稳定了机组运行。此类方案的分析及现场的组织、工作过程的逻辑设计,可对DVN系统上其他需全停窗口的设备检修有一定的引导、借鉴。 Nuclear power plant DVN ventilation system is the ventilation for nuclear island. It isn't allowed have more than one hour outage in the operation technical specification. It is double unit IO. However, the maintenance of the air passage and equipment of DVN system is indeed beyond the technical specifications limit requirement of 'the outage of DVN fan can not be stopped for more than 1 hour'.To this end, through the maintenance of DVN045 VAI instructions, the power plant develops three professional maintenance programs. The optimal solution is use to solve the problem of the limit requirement to achieve the maximum reduction of DVN outage, complete the maintenance operations and stabilize unit operation. The analysis, scene organization and the logical design of the work process of this method can provide reference for the equipment maintenance of the windows which need full outage in DVN system.
