摘要
高校中辅导员和班主任是学生工作的主要力量,目前各别高校实行"专职辅导员+兼职班主任"共同管理模式,在实践中起到了积极的效果。本文从目前学生工作状况入手,分析了实行共同管理模式的必然性。同时这种管理模式在实施过程中也存在像沟通不足、分工不明确和协作意识薄弱等问题。只有构建辅导员和班主任之间良好的沟通、交流、协作的工作机制,才能高效的完成大学生思想政治教育和管理工作。
The counselors and head teachers in colleges are the main force of student work. At present, several colleges and universities implement 'full-time counselor + part-time head teacher' management mode. This mode has played a positive effect in practice. From the current situation of student work, this paper analyzes the necessity of the implementation of the joint management model.At the same time, there are some problems in the implementation of the management model, such as lack of communication, indeterminate division of labor and weak sense of cooperation. Only by building a good communication and cooperation mechanism between the instructor and the head teacher can effectively complete the ideological and political education and management of college students.
