土地测绘在土地资源开发管理中的应用

Application of Land Surveying and Mapping in Land Resources Development and Management

随着城市化进程的推进,我国城市人口日益增长,导致了土地的稀缺,居民人均占地面积大幅度下降,人地矛盾紧张。因此,为了提高土地资源的利用效率,应当采取现先进的测绘技术,获得较为详细的土地资料,为制定开发规划提供必要的依据,提高土地资源开发管理的效率。本文在对土地资源开发管理与土地策划加以概述的基础上,分析了二者之间的关系,并探讨了土地测绘在土地资源开发管理中的实际应用,最后举出了相应的应用案例。

With the advancement of urbanization, China's urban population is growing, leading to the scarcity of land, and the per capita area of the residents has decreased significantly, the contradiction between people and land is tense. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of land use, we should adopt advanced mapping technology to obtain more detailed land information, so as to provide the necessary basis for the formulation of development planning, and improve the efficiency of land resource management and development.Based on the overview of land resource development and management as well as land planning, this paper analyzes the both relationship,discusses the practical application of land surveying and mapping in land resource development and management, and gives the application cases.
