摘要
文章对组织内部信任的研究内容及研究发展进行了梳理,并重点综述了组织内部纵向信任研究中所存在的问题及未来的研究方向:缺乏上级对下属信任的研究;研究多取单一时间截面数据;信任和绩效的关系不够清晰。未来的研究可以从这几方面着手,从而更好地理解组织内部上级和下属之间信任的形成、发展以及相互影响过程。
This paper summarizes the content and the development of trust research within the organization, and focuses on the reviews of the problems existing in the vertical trust research within the organization and the future development: the lack of research on superiorsubordinate trust; more single time cross-section data; the relationship between trust and performance is not clear enough. Future research can start from these aspects, so as to better understand the formation, development and mutual influence process of superior-subordinate trust within the organization
