摘要
目的:探讨对在校高职护生实施社会责任感教育干预的效果。方法:选择大一护生,在校内2年时间,把社会责任感教育贯穿在思想政治教育课堂中,护生进入临床实习时患者满意度与未强化社会责任感护生患者满意度对比。结果:护生服务效果患者及家属满意度干预后明显优于干预前,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。护生实习请假、旷工干预后明显优于干预前,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论:在校护生社会责任感的强化,可减少护生实习请假、旷工,可有效提高护理服务效果,较少护患纠纷的发生,值得广泛推广及应用。
Objective: to investigate the effect in higher vocational nursing students when implement social responsibility education intervention. Methods: take nursing student of Grand One for example, to teach the sense of social responsibility education in the ideological and political education. Then compared the patient satisfaction with students who strengthen the sense of social responsibility of nursing or not, when the students entered into the clinical practice. Results: the satisfaction of patients and their family members were significantly better than that before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Nursing students leave, absenteeism after intervention was better than that before the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion: to strengthen students' social responsibility in nursing, can reduce absenteeism and leave internship of nursing students, can improve the nursing effectively, and reduce nurse patient disputes, which is worthy of popularization and application.
