体育产业空间集聚发展的现状与对策研究——以山东省为例

Sports industry spatial agglomeration development and countermeasures——With Shandong province as an example

"空间集聚"是体育产业发展初级阶段的显著特征。以钻石理论为依据,从山东省实际情况出发,探讨当前体育产业空间集聚与区域发展问题。研究认为:休闲时代来临,政府因势利导,促成了体育产业空间集聚的新格局。其特征表现为:空间集聚与技术创新相辅相成;"政府"与"机会"是极其重要的影响因素;地域特色体育产业和"外围支援产业"有机结合。其困境在于:空间集聚区域分布不均衡;体育核心产业比重有待提升;政府需慎重对待自身角色。为实现体育产业的区域良性发展,建议:1)采用非均衡协调发展的宏观策略;2)以"制度+技术"作为保障;3)提升民众体育参与度,营造良好的产业环境。

Spatial agglomeration is a significantfeature of sports industry inits primary stage. Onthe basis of diamond theoryandcombined withtheactual situationof Shandongprovince, thispaperex-plored the sports industry agglomeration and regional development. Study shows that with the advent of leisure timeandcoupled withthegovernmentguidanceinthelightofitsgeneraltrend, anewpat-tern of sports industry spatial agglomeration has come into being. Its characteristics are as follows ： the spatial agglomeration and technological innovation complement each other;the ＂ government＂ and ＂opportunity＂ are the most importantfactors; the industry of regional characteristics and the ＂ peripheral supportindustries＂ integrateorganically. Thedilemmaliesinthattheregionaldistribution is not balanced; the proportion of the core sports industry needs to be improved; the government should takecareofitsownrole. Inordertorealizethebenigndevelopmentof sportsindustry, it sug-gests that we takethe macro strategyof non-balancedandcoordinateddevelopment, take ＂system ＋ technology＂ as aguarantee, improve public sportsparticipationand create agoodindustrial environ-ment.
