It has reviewed the practice of the PPP pattern in the fields of public sports facilities in the United Kingdom,the United States, Australia, Japan and Taiwan China, and finds that their practice withitsdesign, management, operationhasbeguntotakeeffect. Ithasdiscussedtheconno-tation of PP P , defined the concept of public sports facilities using the PPP pattern and introduced the foreign practices, which will make important inspirations and reference values for Chinese gov-ernment and social capital tojointly supply public sports services.
