助产护理本科生专业认同现状及影响因素分析 被引量:18

摘要 目的了解助产护理本科生专业认同现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用助产护理本科生专业认同感量表,对台州市某医学院助产护理300名本科生进行调查。采用多元逐步回归分析其影响因素。结果 300名助产护理本科生专业认同总分为(99.26±7.96)分;多元逐步回归分析结果显示,进入回归方程的变量为户口所在地、就读原因、家庭月收入及学习成绩水平(P<0.05)。结论助产护理本科生专业认同得分处于较高水平。户口所在地、就读原因、家庭月收入及学习成绩水平,是助产护理本科生专业认同的主要影响因素。建议护理院校、实习医院选择喜爱这个专业的学生,招生部门尽可能选择经济发达地方的学生。同时,加强在校助产护理本科护生的专业认同的教育。建议针对护生自身情况及专业认同得分情况采取不同的策略,稳定护生的专业思想。 Objective To understand the professional identity of midwifery undergraduates and to analyze its influence factors.Methods Professional Identity Scale for midwifery undergraduates was used to investigate 300 midwifery undergraduates in a medical college and multivariate stepwise regression analysis to analyze its influence factors. Results The total score of professional identity was 99.26 ±7.96; multivariate stepwise regression analysis indicated registered residence, reasons for choosing the major,family monthly income and academic performance were the main influence factors of undergraduates ' professional identity(P〈0.05).Conclusion The professional identity score of midwifery undergraduates is high and registered residence, reason for choosing the major, family monthly income and academic performance are its influence factors. Students in favor of the major and those from developed areas are the first choice for recruitment. Strengthening the education of professional identity and targeted strategies are conducive to promoting students' professional identity.
