摘要
为了降低核桃机械化破壳过程中桃仁表面损伤,以新疆阿克苏温185、云南漾濞大泡、陕西黄龙香玲为样本,采用自主研发的变间距挤压式核桃破壳机进行破壳,利用三因素三水平对试验结果进行正交分析,根据指标越小越好,得出优选方案及因素主次为C2A3B1,即含水率为11%,破壳辊间距为15 mm,破壳辊表面硬度为40HRB。
In order to reduce the walnut mechanization breaking process of surface damage. Xinjiang Aksu wen 185,Yunnan Yangbi big bubble, Shaanxi Huanglong Xiang Ling as a sample. Using the machine which is independent research variable pacing breaking broken shell. The result of orthogonal test was analyzed by three factors and three levels.According to index the smaller the better. The optimal scheme and factors were C2A3B1. Namely the water content is11%, the broken shell roll spacing is 15 mm, the broken shell roller surface hardness is 40 HRB.
