摘要
结合实践调研,总结了翼城县农机化技术推广培训的现状和实效,分析研究了存在问题,提出宣传激发农民群众、强化农机部门自身建设、提高技术推广培训成效的对策建议。
Combined with practical work, this paper summarized the present situation and actual effect of agricultural mechanization technology popularization and training in Yicheng County, analyzed and studied the existing problems,putted forward suggestions to stimulate the farmers, strengthen the construction of agricultural machinery departments,and improve the effectiveness of technical training.
