摘要
文章通过理论计算及利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对马铃薯清选机上料轴进行模态分析,获得上料驱动轴六阶固有激振频率、振型和受力变形云图,调整电机激励从而有效避免共振现象,有利于提高上料轴的使用寿命及安全可靠性,也为后期上料轴组装的优化设计提供了一定的理论依据。
With the development of potato machine, the cleaning machine of potato gradually replaced manual sorting. But there are still some problems in the work. Based on the theoretical calculation and the finite element software Workbench ANSYS, the modal analysis of the material shaft is carried out. Get the six order natural vibration frequency, mode shape and deformation cloud image of the upper feed drive shaft. By adjusting the motor excitation, can effectively avoid resonance phenomenon. It is beneficial to improve the service life and safety reliability of the feeding shaft. It also provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the material shaft assembly at the later stage.
