“示范—模仿—展示”音乐教师培训模式——以福建省基础教育高中骨干音乐教师培训为例

摘要 针对现有教师培训存在的不足和教师专业发展实际,探讨创新的培训模式——"示范—模仿—展示"模式。阐述该培训模式的理论依据、培训目标设计、结构要素、内涵和要求、操作流程,并结合2 0 1 5年福建省基础教育万名骨干高中音乐教师省级培训工作实际案例,分析该案例的成效并进行反思。实践检验证明,"示范-模仿-展示"的培训模式取得了较好的培训效果,为中小学教师创新培训模式提供了成功的模式与案例。 This paper,in view of the shortcomings of existing teacher training and the actual development of teachers,to explore innova-tive training moder'Demonstration-lmitation-Show11. Describes the theory basis of the training mode,training goal design,elements of the structure,content and requirements,operation process,and combined with the provincial training of 2015,Fujian Province,basic education thousands of backbone high school music teachers actual cases and analysis of the effectiveness of the case and reflection.Practice proves that the training model of "Demonstration-Imitation-Show11 has achieved good training effect,which provides a successful model and case for primary and secondary school teacher training model.
