摘要
福建自由贸易试验区的建设对高素质译员的需求量不断加大,培养复合型、应用型、能力素质型的翻译人才,已成为相关本科院校面临的挑战与任务。以该自贸试验区建设需求为背景对翻译教师的角色进行定位,重点从教师与学生之间、学生与学生之间以及课内与课外之间这三个层面,阐述翻译人才培养的联动教学模式,以期实现职业化翻译人才的培养目标。
Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone puts forward a growing demand for high-quality translation talents. Cultivating comprehensive translation talents has become both a challenge and a task for relevant undergraduate colleges and universities. The construction of the Free Trade Zone requires a clear role location of translation teachers. With an aim of realizing the goal of cultivating professional transla-tion talents, an interactive teaching mode is emphatically illustrated to cultivate translation talents from the three cycles, respectively be-tween teachers and students, students and students, teaching in class and teaching outside class.
