脆性材料切削温度理论模型及实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过将单次断裂扩展成连续断裂,并利用被加工面表面形貌面积和投影面积之比k1,计算断裂次数,根据脆性材料微观断裂机理的能量守恒原理,建立了脆性材料切削温度理论模型;使用硬质合金刀具切削氟金云母陶瓷,开展车削实验,验证模型可靠性;结果表明,建立的脆性材料切削温度理论模型,可以在一定范围内,对温度随工艺参数变化趋势进行预测。 By developing single fracture to Continuous fracture,the times of fracture was counted using k1 the ratio of the area of surface morphology to projected area.The theoretical model of cutting temperature for brittle materials was built based on the conservation of energy of micro-fracture mechanism of cutting Brittle Materials.The theoretical model was verified through turning fluorophlogopite ceramics with carbide tool,and turning experiment is carried out.The results indicate that by using the theoretical model of cutting temperature for brittle materials,variation trend of cutting temperature drived by machining conditions is predictable within limits.
