摘要
通过工作变形分析方法处理振动测试数据,可获得管道运行过程中时域和频域内的实际变形特征,以此更有针对性地进行振动治理。以浙江某发电厂给水管道振动治理为案例,采用工作变形分析方法对测试数据进行分析,发现管道上存在的支吊架松动和失效现象,根据管道实际变形特征,制定了减振治理措施,并采用模拟计算验证了此方法的有效性。
The actual deformation properties in time domain and frequency domain during piping operation can be obtained by application of operating deflection shape(ODS) analysis in vibration data processing for vibration mitigation. Based on the feedwater pipe vibration mitigation in a power plant in Zhejiang province,the operating deflection shape analysis is used to analyze the test data. It is found that supporters and hangers on the pipes become loose and failed. In accordance to the actual deformation characteristics of the pipes,vibration mitigation measures are formulated; moreover, simulation calculation is adopted to validate the method.
