京津冀区域旅游合作效果影响因素研究

Study of Factors of Regional Tourism Cooperation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

在推进京津冀旅游合作进程中应准确评估三地旅游合作效果,这对于识别并破解京津冀旅游合作进一步深化的困境具有重要价值。本研究从政府自身评估角度,建立了包含合作关系、合作主体、环境因素对区域旅游合作效果影响的假设,并采用回归分析法进行验证。研究发现,政府之间的参与度和共同愿景对区域旅游合作效果影响显著;政府的合作态度越积极、资源投入越多,合作效果越理想;另外,环境影响因素方面,上级支持和公众参与都能够显著影响区域旅游合作效果。

In the process of promoting tourism cooperation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, it＇ s important to accurately evaluate the effect of tourism cooperation in the three places,which is of significance to identifying and solving the dilemma of strengthening tourism cooperation. From the perspective of government＇ self-evaluation,the study puts forward a hy-pothesis dealing with the impacts of cooperative relationship,principal participant and environmental factor on regional tourism cooperation and makes a regression analysis to verify it. It finds that the intergovernmental participation and shared vision have some significant impacts on regional tourism cooperation. The more positive the intergovernmental cooperative attitude is and the greater the resource input is,the better cooperation the governments concerned can achieve. In addition, in view of environmental factor, superior support and public participation can greatly improve the effect of regional tourism cooperation.
