摘要 为了研究承受内压预载金属圆管在轴向冲击载荷下的力学行为和吸能特性,基于Abaqus对承受恒定内压预载的R/t较小的金属圆管轴向冲击进行有限元分析,同时考虑到初始几何缺陷、预加载引起的初始几何形变等因素的影响,在有限元仿真时建立相应的对照组。仿真结果表明:随着内压载荷的增加,圆管轴向变形半波长和圆管变形的偏心率m都逐渐增加,褶皱的厚度越来越大;内压状态时,初始峰值力和平均轴向压缩力都有大幅度的降低,峰值力降低的数值比对平均峰值力降低的更大;存在内压预载的冲击模型对初始几何缺陷很不敏感。 In order to study the mechanical behavior and energy absorption characteristics of a metal circular tube with constant internal pressure under axial impact load. The finite element analysis of the axial impact of a metal circular tube with a constant internal pressure preload was carried out based on Abaqus. A circular tube with smaller R/t value is studied. At the same time, considering the influence of the initial geometric imperfections and the initial geometric deformation caused by pre loading, the corresponding control group was established in the finite element simulation. The simulation results are concluded as follows: with the increase of the internal pressure load, the half wave length of circular tube and Eccentricity of circular tube deformation are gradually increasing, and the thickness of the folds is increasing. In the state of internal pressure, the initial peak force and the average axial compressive force all have a significant reduction. The reduction of the peak force is larger than the average peak force. The impact model is not sensitive to initial geometric imperfections.
