摘要
莱钢能源动力厂供水车间水泵电机在正常运行中烧毁,使得供水量不足。经检查发现水泵电机所使用的MMP型微机电动机综合保护装置无动作记录。为了保障供水的可靠性,对问题进行了深入的分析研究,发现电流互感器过饱和,保护拒绝动作,为此制定处理措施,解决了问题。
The pump motor in the water supply workshop of the energy power plant of Laiwu Steel burned out in normal operation, resulting in insufficient water supply. After exam-ination it was found that the MMP microcomputer motor protection device used by the pump motor had no action record. In order to ensure the reliability of water supply, the problem was analyzed and studied in depth. The current transformer was found to be over saturated leading to action rejection. Treatment measures were drawn up and taken, which solved the problem.
