摘要 液氨汽化站定期排污、吹扫置换操作、超压放散时均需对外排放氨气或液氨;带氨净化环节的汽化站其氨净化装置亦会周期性排放含氨解析气。传统泄氨池溶解中和的减排工艺仍会有少量氨气溢出,存在对大气、水体污染风险和安全隐患。提出了利用氨分解技术,将液氨汽化站净化装置排放的含氨解析气分解为氮气和氢气后再排放的环保减排工艺,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。 In the process of periodical sewage draining, purge and replacement operation and overpressure release of ammonia vaporizing station, ammonia gas and liquid ammonia have to be discharged. At vaporizing station with ammonia purification process, the ammonia purifi-cation device would periodically discharge regenerated gas as well. In traditional decomposition and emission reduction process of ammonia drainage pool small amount of ammonia would still spill over, posing a threat to air and water and potential safety hazard. An environ-ment-friendly emission reduction process using ammonia decomposition technique to decompose regeneration gas emitted from ammonia vaporizing station purification device into nitrogen and hydrogen was put forward, which has achieved favorable result in practical application.
