钢材加工配送作为一种新型的营销模式,是连接钢铁行业与最终用户的增值链,是钢铁企业未来的发展方向之一。结合国内钢材加工配送中心和未来钢材市场需求变化,以及安钢"做大、做精、做强"的发展战略,阐述了成立安钢钢材加工物流配送中心的重要性及具体做法。
As a new marketing model, steel processing distribution is a value-adding chain linking steelmakers and final users and one of future development directions of steel-makers. Based on the situation of domestic steel processing distribution centers and changes in future steel demand and combining with the development strategy of “become bigger, finer and stronger” of Anyang Steel, the importance and specific arrangements of establishing steel pro-cessing distribution logistics center in Anyang Steel are discussed.
