文化旅游目的地可持续发展竞争力评价研究——天津“五大道”案例

Evaluation of Sustainable Development Competitiveness of Cultural Tourism Destination:A Case Study of “Five Avenue” in Tianjin

基于对可持续发展概念的广义认知,梳理了文化旅游目的地可持续发展的相关进展,依据旅游目的地可持续发展竞争力模型,建立了文化旅游目的地可持续发展竞争力评价指标体系及各项评价指标的量化方法,构建了文化旅游目的地可持续发展竞争力评价模型及评价标准,并以天津"五大道"为例进行了研究。结果表明:天津"五大道"文化旅游区处于初等发展水平向中等水平过渡阶段,今后应通过创新管理体制、加大公益性投入、塑造文化旅游品牌、强化旅游配套以及关注社区发展来进一步提升其作为天津标志性文化旅游目的地的地位与影响。

Based on the generalized cognitive about the concept of sustainable development , the author has made a preliminary study of the sustainable development of cultural tourism destination. With the aid of the model oftourism destination sustainable development competitiveness, to establish the cultural tourism destination sustainable development competitiveness evaluation index system and the evaluation index of quantitative methods, to construct a cultural tourism destination sustainable development competitiveness evaluation model and the evaluation criteria. Taking “Five Avenue” in Tianjin as an example, an empirical study is carried out. Studies have shown that Tianjin “ Five Avenue” Cultural Tourism Zone is in the elementary level of sustainable development. In the future,some steps, such as the innovation of the management system, increasing public investment, creating a brand of cultural tourism, strengthening the tourism facilities and community development, should be adopted in order to further en-hance the status and influence of cultural tourism destination in Tianjin.
