摘要
为明晰高速公路对沿线土地利用的扰动影响,从高速公路施工周期出发,以京承高速公路二期为例,从施工和运营两方面探讨了高速公路扰动影响的定量评价方法,确定了施工和运营影响的程度与范围。其中,施工建设最远影响2.3 km内的土地,主要影响类型有土地破损、地块切割和交通系统阻断;根据运营影响评价结果划分了核心区(0~3 km)、辐射区(3~8 km)、外围区(8~10 km)三级影响区。总体上说,高速公路对沿线土地利用的扰动影响在分布上具有距离衰减的特征,距离主线工程越远,影响作用越弱。
Taking the second phase of Jing-Cheng highway as an example, this paper brought out a quantita-tive evaluation method to evaluate the impact of highway on land use along the road. The result shows that: 1) The more distance was apart from the highway, the lower was its effect. 2) The distance of construction influence of highway was within 2.3 km, and the biggest impact area was mainly located in the section of Mulin Town and Yang- song Town. 3) The operation influence was divided into 3 parts according to the comprehensive evaluation score : Core area (0?3 km),whose impact was the biggest. Radiation area (3-8 km ) ,where was suitable for developing modem agriculture through carrying out the land consolidation projects. Peripheral area ( 8 - 1 0 km) , which was far away from the main line of highway, and was effected by many other factors. The results are helpful to orientate the function of land use along the highway scientifically, and are used as data support for the sustainable utilization of land resources.
