新老混凝土黏结力学性能的时间效应研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用碳化箱快速碳化、人工加机械复合的凿毛方法处理老混凝土黏结面,通过试验研究了新混凝土与碳化混凝土黏结的力学性能及随龄期的变化规律。结果表明:新老混凝土黏结力学性能较新、老混凝土本体的弱;老混凝土的碳化可以增强新老混凝土的黏结力学性能;随着龄期的延长,新老混凝土的黏结力学性能也在增强;龄期较短时,水泥净浆界面剂的效果优于硅灰界面剂,当龄期达到180 d时,硅灰界面剂的效果优于水泥净浆界面剂。 This research studied the new concrete's dynamics performance when sticking with carbonized concretes and its rules of changing with a-ges. In the test,the concrete bond surface was treated by using the quick carbonization of carbonization chamber,and the manual and mechanicalcomposite. The result shows that new-old concrete's sticking intensity is smaller than that of new and old concrete themselves. Old concrete's car-bonization is able to improve mixed concrete's sticking intensity which grows as time goes. When the age is small,pure cement boundary agents' performance is better than that of silicon powder agent,when it is 180 d,pure cement boundary agents' performance is worse than that of siliconpowder agent.
