益气活血汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛患者的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Yiqi Huoxue Soup in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

目的探讨益气活血汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年6月—2016年4月泸县中医医院收治的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者给予山海丹胶囊治疗,观察组患者给予益气活血汤治疗;两组患者均以30 d为1个疗程。观察两组患者临床疗效、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛患者的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者血脂指标,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue soup in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods From June 2015 to April 2016 in Luxian County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 patients with Coronary heart disease angina pectoris were selected,through the random number table method all patients were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. Control group were given the shanhai Dan capsule treatment,observation group were given yiqi huoxue soup treatment; Two groups of patients were treated for 30 d as a course of treatment. clinical efficacy, blood fat index [cholesterol( TC), three acyl glycerin( TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C) ] and adverse reactions occur of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05). TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C level of two groups before treatment showed no significant difference( P > 0. 05); after treatment,in the observation group TC,TG,LDL-C levels were lower than in the control group,the level of HDL-C was higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of Coronary heart disease angina pectoris has accurate effect,can effectively improve the blood lipid index,and has high safety.
