依达拉奉、长春西汀治疗急性脑梗死的成本-效果比较研究

Cost-effectiveness Comparison between Edaravone and Vinpocetine in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探究急性脑梗死患者采用依达拉奉以及长春西汀进行治疗的临床效果,并采用药物经济学原理对比分析两种药物的治疗成本-效果。方法选取2015年10月—2016年10月中江县人民医院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者,在常规治疗的基础上,根据对患者采用治疗药物的不同将所有患者分为两组,其中第一组(40例)患者采用依达拉奉进行治疗,第二组(40例)患者采用长春西汀进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗成本-效果。结果第一组患者治疗总有效率为97.50%,第二组患者治疗总有效率为90.00%,两组患者治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第一组患者的治疗成本-效果比为1.10,第二组患者的治疗成本-效果比为0.45,第二组患者治疗成本-效果比低于第一组(P<0.05)。结论给予急性脑梗死患者依达拉奉以及长春西汀进行治疗均能取得良好的临床治疗效果,但采用长春西汀进行治疗更经济,能有效缓解患者的经济负担,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with edaravone and vinpocetine,and using pharmacoeconomic principle comparative analysis of effect of treatment cost of two drugs. Methods From October 2015 to October 2016,80 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected from Zhongjiang County People’s Hospital. On the basis of routine treatment,according to different medicine treatment for patients were divided into two groups,the first group（ 40 cases） were treated with edaravone, the second group（ 40 cases） were treated with vinpocetine. Clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared,and analyzed the effect of treatment cost of patients in two groups. Results The total effective rate of first group was 97. 50%,the total effective rate of second group was 90. 0%. Two groups of patients with total effective rate,the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0. 05）. The effect of treatment cost of first group was 1. 10, the effect of treatment cost of second groups was 0. 45. The treatment cost of second group was significantly lower than that of first group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Edaravone and vinpocetine treated patients with acute cerebral infarction treatment can both achieve effective treatment, but the vinpocetine treatment is more economical, can significantly relieve the economic burden of patients,it is worthy of wider application.
