消毒供应中心质量控制对医院感染的影响研究

Influence of Quality Control of Disinfection and Supply Center on Hospital Infection

目的探讨消毒供应中心质量控制对医院感染的影响。方法根据卫生部发布的医院消毒供应中心的行业标准,制定消毒供应中心质量控制改进方法,统计消毒供应中心质量控制改进前6个月和质量控制改进后6个月内的消毒物品数量、消毒物品循环时间、每月消毒物品丢失数量、每月由于器械问题导致的医院感染率,以及消毒物品抽检合格率。结果改进后6个月消毒物品循环时间(3.1±0.4)d短于改进前的(6.6±1.5)d(P<0.05),每月消毒物品丢失率(0.21±0.02)%和每月由于器械问题导致的医院感染率(2.53±0.21)%低于改进前的(1.83±0.33)%、(13.15±2.45)%(P<0.05)。改进后6个月手术器械(99.76%)、物品包装(87.98%)、卫生学检查(96.28%)和灭菌效果(96.28%)抽检合格率均高于改进前(P<0.05)。结论改进消毒供应中心的质量控制可极大提高物品的消毒灭菌效果,有效控制感染率。

Objective To investigate the influence of quality control of disinfection and supply center on hospital infection. Methods According to the industry standard of hospital drug supply center issued by theministry of health, we developed the quality control improvement method of disinfection and supply center. And the total number of items,each cycle time of sterilization items,monthly number lost of disinfection items,monthly due to equipment problems of hospital infections,and the sampling pass rate of disinfection items were recorded before 6 months and after 6 months of improvement quality control in disinfection and supply center. Results The cycle time of each item after improvement 6 months was（ 3. 1 ± 0. 4） d was significantly shorter than that in before improvement 6 months（ 6. 6 ± 1. 5） d（ P 〈 0. 05）. The monthly rate of disinfection items after improvement 6 months（ 0. 21 ± 0. 02） % was lower than that in before improvement 6 months（ 1. 83 ± 0. 33） %,and monthly rate of due to equipment problems of hospital infections（ 2. 53 ± 0. 21） % was lower than that in before improvement 6months（ 13. 15 ± 2. 45） %（ P 〈 0. 05）. The sampling pass rate of surgical instruments（ 99. 76%）, goods packaging（ 87. 98%）,hygiene inspection（ 96. 28%） and sterilization effect（ 96. 28%） after improvement 6 months were significantly higher than those before improvement 6 months（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion To improve the quality of disinfection and supply center control can greatly improve the disinfection effect of the items and control infection.
